More Than Coffee. A Story of Trust.

Kafé 7 started during a time of change.

After my cousin Carlos had to leave the United States because of circumstances surrounding his immigration paperwork, life took an unexpected turn. Instead of looking at it as the end of something, we chose to trust that it was the beginning of something bigger.

We’re cousins. We’re Panamanian. And Kafé 7 was built around the idea that sometimes you have to trust the process, even when you don’t understand where it’s taking you.

The K is personal — a tribute to my two daughters and a reminder that what we build should mean something beyond ourselves.

And the message behind everything we do is simple:

Confía. Trust the process.

Kafé 7 is our way of staying connected to Panama, sharing a piece of our culture, and eventually creating something that can give back to the place and people that shaped us.

We believe in being good. Doing good. Staying authentic.

The coffee is just how we bring people together.

Kafé 7. Confía.
